Cover illustration for a magazine called “Metro Guide” being distributed thought metro stations in Tokyo through December 2017. This edition is Christmas / city light up themed, so I tried to recreate this sparkly effect with watercolors and masking fluid!
Number of copies: around 1 000 000.

A question for Real Feminists™

If feminism is about Gender Equality™ instead of just women’s rights being prioritized over everyone else’s, then why is “fem” in the name, eh? “Fem”, as in “female”. Shouldn’t a movement focusing solely on gender equality have a gender-neutral title?

Feminism at it’s VERY HEART is about empowering women. With women in power, men have more rights to the home, to his children– and with women in power women have more rights to money, to planning for her kids future, for her own future.

Really this would take 3 pages to explain properly. I dont feel like giving you that, amostly cuz i dont think you’d read it. But pretty much as women are the ones needing empowering, it’s called feminism. Those who haven’t been able to compete need some help to make it more fair.
